1. Burning calories

A good work-out burns your calories, so does a good SUP-session. Curious what amount of calories you burn during a good session? Make sure to check out the infographic below. Did you know that different disciplines of SUP burn different amounts of calories? Well they do. For example, SUP surfing burns more calories than SUP Yoga. The infographic shows what exact amount of calories you burn during your favorite discipline of SUP.

Note: the amount might vary depending on the intensity of your work-out and your height and weight.

2. SUP is available at any time.

You can SUP 24/7, 7 days a week for 365 days a year. No matter if it is summer or winter, rain or shine, the water is always there for you. Therefore, you don’t have to wait for your gym to open in the early morning or skip your much needed workout during the holidays. You can paddle whenever you like!

3. Overall workout

You will have an intensive arm and shoulder workout by paddling, you are working on your core while you are keeping your balance and your legs (quads) are under constant tension while you are on the move. And this is only when you are just paddling! You can obviously train more when you do specific workouts like yoga. Stand up paddling is an overall workout experience; no reasons anymore to skip that leg day!

4. It all comes down to location.

With a Inflatable SUPs like the Jobe Aero SUP, you can SUP wherever you like. The largest part of the world consists of water and not out of gyms. So you might as well hit the water instead of searching for that gym!

5. Inflating is the perfect warm-up.

Inflating your Aero SUP with your pump is a perfect warm-up. The pump comes with your Jobe Aero SUP package so you can work your triceps even more. Feel the pump! Inflating your inflatable SUP gets your blood pumping and on those colder days of paddling gets the initial bit of warmth that you need to keep going.
